Fixing On-Screen keyboard
If the on-screen keyboard is not appearing, it is most likely due to the accessibility settings for the local account, Assure.
To fix this you must first log into the local Assure account (See steps in section “Logging into Assure account”)
Once you are logged in as the Assure user, open settings.
Navigate to Accessibility > Keyboard > Typing > Touch Keyboard
Ensure that the “Show the touch keyboard” setting is set to Always
